The SFO represents the tenants of Idealis in the student buildings in Wageningen.
Most Idealis buildings have their own building representative. All those representatives together form the SFO.
The SFO has regular meetings with the Idealis management and with the caretakers, and gives both requested and spontaneous advice. For example about safety, maintenance work, livability, terms concerning the rent, long term planning and communication.
Update: Dutch student tenants' organisations are going to cooperate on national level.
